Our team includes Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs)—occupational therapists who have achieved the highest level of clinical certification in upper extremity rehabilitation. To earn the CHT credential, therapists must complete a minimum of three years of clinical practice, accumulate at least 4,000 hours of direct hand therapy experience, and pass a comprehensive national certification examination.
Fewer than 8,000 therapists worldwide hold this credential, representing an advanced level of expertise in the rehabilitation of the upper extremity.
We specialize in rehabilitation focused on injuries or conditions of the upper extremity, including the shoulder, arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand. Our goal is to restore optimal function and dexterity to the affected area through a range of techniques, including stretching, strengthening exercises, splinting, manual therapy, and scar management. During your initial evaluation at Pacific Sports Rehab, one of our occupational therapists or Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs) will perform a comprehensive assessment of your condition to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Every follow-up visit is designed to keep you progressing toward your goals. Your follow-up appointments build on the foundation established during your initial evaluation. Each session is individualized based on your progress, current symptoms, and functional goals, ensuring your treatment continues to evolve as you recover.

High-quality, one-on-one care without the limitations of insurance.
Our cash pay option is ideal for individuals who do not have therapy benefits, prefer not to use their insurance, have a high deductible, or simply want direct access to specialized upper extremity care. Cash pay visits provide the same comprehensive, evidence-based treatment delivered by our occupational therapists and Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.
